I get to do grocery shopping on the
tenth and im happy
because im gonna
buy all healthy foods.
Im currently on my fourth day without cigs
so its giving me that
extra push to work on my over all health.

I’m packing veggies every time I go to work, and I’ve been eating breakfast everyday this week. It’s small, but I’m hoping it’ll add up in the end. 2 years ago
So far I’ve managed to cut soda, pretty much all junk and fried foods. I still have some sugary things ( maybe a few times a month TOPS) but those are things I prepare myself, such as pie. Next the battle on corn syrup. We shall add more to our ranks with additional vegetables! 2 years ago

If I had the food available I would have marked this goal as done a long time ago, but the sad fact is my family does not like healthy food. They rather waste their money on junk food. Since I’m struggling to pay for college and am currently unemployed, I don’t have the option of buying my own food. I have to eat what they buy, so it’s very hard to eat right at my house.
