I’m planning on working with this entry I found online of How to Improve your 5K Times
But I know there’s a lot of good runners here on 43, and I’m also definitely open to suggestion!
Keep in mind, though, I’m currently the slowest runner to ever hit the track. And when I mean slow, I’m talking 15 minute miles, not 11-12. But I’m sick of being beaten at all the races by speed-walkers, so it’s time to step up my game! 2 years ago
I need to have a slow day, I am wearing myself out. But I don’t want to run slow =(But, it is all in the pursuit of being faster. 2 years ago
I think I may weight-lift a little and do more core the summer before my senior year of cross and track. I already run enough, I ran the most miles of the whole team last year. (around 400 over the summer) 3 years ago
i’m not that fast of a runner to begin with but when i ran the timed mile during track season i got 8:32 and when i ran it in the spring it was 9:15. kinda embarrasing but i want to be a faster runner. and also i have put like 15 lbs!!! 4 years ago
