I’ve cut out the sodas for two days now, and I have had a headache for two days. Good God this is difficult. I have also cut down my calories to 1500 a day. I just went online and checked my BMR and the computer pretty much explained that I had to eat at least 500 calories less than my BMR to loose weight, but make sure not to eat less than 1200 a day. I bought a bike, and I love it. The damn thing got a flat tire after the first ride, so I walked a mile today instead. I weighed in at 192 pounds two days ago. This morning I had lost a pound. I have a long road ahead of me, so it seems. I can’t wait to get to the point when people actually start to notice that I have lost weight.

O.K. so I made a commitment to myself to get down to my original weight of 140 pounds. Currently I am the heaviest I have ever been, and it’s making me miserable. I don’t even want to look at myself in the mirror, which pains me so. Big is not beautiful, it’s unhealthy. I feel horrible that I have allowed myself to reach this point. The plan is to cut off sodas completely, instead I will drink water, water, and more water. I also plan on cutting out all fast food, and instead eat small meals throughout the day consisting mainly of fruits and vegetables. If I don’t eat before 700 pm I just won’t eat. Tomorrow I’m suppose to buy a bike from someone, and I plan on riding it daily. I will also be incorporating pilates into my workout routine. If I don’t get down to 140 pounds by New Years Eve I will begrudgingly join a weight loss boot camp, and I really don’t want to do that.

So it’s been 2 years since I’ve been on here and my goals have stayed the same. My CW has stayed the same too. I’m really going to try and shape up this summer before school starts again.

Well, my mother-in-law and I have been working on this landscaping project together in my front yard. Today (at 8am) she’s picking me up so we can go get some more Really Heavy Bricks. I hope the extra physical activity will bust some extra calories. Wish me luck.

it might seem like a lot in one go but im also quitting smoking and 18 other things, however i think loosing weight will compliment the health benefits my BMI is 28.6 which is high and although i keep fluctuating a stone less i want to keep it off and get healthy. 2 stone to loose at 1 lb a week means if I’m good i might do it by christmas! i have finally finished my degree and have a new job so think now is a good time for a fresh start. I hope i can keep it up and plan to start next week after the nicotine cravings begin to dip, fingers crossed

I want to loose weight for my wife. Right now I weight 220 pounds, I would like to go down to 180 (what I weighed 5 years ago). Hmm how to accomplish this? Well for starters I will give up soda (small step). Second, walk 1 hour everyday. We will go from there. After that I will need to take some time from my busy schedule to do a little more.
