I had my bi-annual check up this morning and have no cavities to report. My gums are a little sensitive, but that’s likely related to le pregnancy.
Calling my level of care “immaculate” is a bit of an overstatement, but I’ve done good. Hopefully, I’ll spare myself some of the financial headache that accompanies poor teeth in the future.
Reckon I’ll mark this goal as complete if I floss daily for the next 30 days. Fair enough? 2 weeks ago

Had a check up a few weeks ago and so far so good!
Floss containers should come with similar instructions: use daily without whining about it. 7 months ago

I do not understand how I came to need two fillings. That’s in addition to having one about a year ago.
I admit that I
-drink diet sodas, wine, black teas, coffee, and sweet coffee drinks
-occasionally forget to floss
-grind my teeth, but hate wearing my retainer
and I have in the not so distant past
-smoked
-{}
but I also
-usually floss
-brush with an electric toothbrush twice a day
-use mouthwash
so I’ll improve my dental care by
-religiously wearing my retainer at night
-adding oral irrigation to my daily routine
-continue cutting down on the diet sodas (something I’ve been up to of late)
and sit tight until my next checkup.
That’s the plan, but I welcome suggestions. 22 months ago
