wow, that’s a really impressive way to descrice that action. this is something i strive for (ironic huh?) and i believe the word is equanimity which means eveness of mind or composure. it just happens to be one of my favorite words, something i would like to obtain. the thing that gets me, though, is courage: the quality of being fearless or brave…if i could just be unafraid of what is going to happen enough to be calm about it.
