All that rain meant I had a lot of catching up to do. I have my dog back now – he suffers seperation anxiety and barks continually when left. I have no option but to leave him whilst i work but try to stay home as much as possible otherwise in the hope that my neighbours won’t become too fed up with him – meaning no chance to clock up the miles :-( 10 months ago

Not much opportunity to cycle for pleasure with the number of April ‘showers’ we have experienced this year. However my car being off the road for almost two weeks means I have had to bike to job 2 so I’ve managed 45.4 miles this month bringing my 2012 total to 84.9 miles. 13 months ago
or at least reliably dry days. Lots of showery days this week so went to job 2 in the car a lot as I really don’t fancy working the whole shift in wet clothes. Had hoped to get some miles in and take some photos today – Saturday – but more showers so no progress made today. 14 months ago

Good thing I find it easier to clock up the miles in the warmer weather. The light nights mean I can bike to job 2 now which I’ve done three times since the clocks changed a week ago. So I’m still hoping for the 1000 even despite such a slow start. 14 months ago
Today is a lovely sunny Sunday so it was perfect for my first bike ride of 2012. I thought I’d remembered how much I loved cycling but no it was even more fun than I expected so I’m currently feeling very smiley :D 15 months ago
