My next test will be in the spring. I didn’t quite make it this go around, but I’m very confident that I will meet and exceed this on my next try. I have to add 12 pushups and shave a minute off my run time… honestly I’ll be done by January. I need to start pushing past the score of 90 and start reaching for 100. For that I will need to add 12 pushups and shave five full minutes off my run time. Now that… is a challenge. 6 months ago

I have not been paying the necessary dues to accomplish this goal. There’s so much in this world to distract me! That said, I’ll work hard this next month, and we’ll see what happens. 7 months ago

I most recently scored an 82.7%. 20 pushups, 56 situps, 29in(?) waist, and 15:21 mile and a half.
I hope to have 47 pushups, 56 situps, 29in waist, and a 14:00 mile and a half for my next test.
In my dream world, I will max every category. I have the situps and waist down already. Now it’s just time to conquer the pushups and the run. 12 months ago
