amayanaBodybuilding

Started a bodybuilding workout since I don’t need to lose weight. Today my workout concentrated on chest, biceps and triceps. I did 3 sets per exercise.

Tomorrow my workout will concentrate on back, shoulders and abs. 1 month ago

I tried the 8 lbs band today and the exercises were a bit more challenging already! I did the same general workout as yesterday but added 3 sets that focus on abs. I feel more tired and more sore than yesterday too so I’ll think I’ll take tomorrow off and keep going on Tuesday. 1 month ago

I got the Bodylastics resistance bands today and I tried them out immediately. They are super fun and they work! I did a very basic workout and I think I’ll try a more resistant band tomorrow to make it more challenging. I feel pretty good and can’t wait to whip myself into shape!! 1 month ago

abelowell2k14I've been on and off for the past year, but I'm back for good!

I can’t take all the credit for this, I know I was lacking something, because I never wanted to go to the gym. I only wanted the results and now I’ve become aware that this was the wrong way to go about it. Since the start of this new year I have been enjoying going to the gym, it’s like a mall and the different types of equipment have become the shops.

Apparently the power of motivation is all we need to start seeing the benefits, I never thought I would be this happy or would enjoy the process I have to go through to get to the results. I just thought I would share this with everyone here because it has worked for me, and like I said I cannot take the credit for this, as the credit came from bodybybell.com

This website gave me the tools, and since then it has been nothing but smooth sailing. Most people charge for what this website does free. fresh, rich and enjoyable fitness blogs, articles and eBooks.
