work on my website

I am also working on my website and enjoying it very much. I get time to work on my site during the weekends because my clients keep me busy for the entire weeks. I love making websites and thanks to God to allow me to do what I love for my living. 11 months ago

working on my website last week. Much happier with it now. This will be an on going goal, but i updated everything I wanted to accomplish for right now, so I’m marking it as complete :) 17 months ago

Okay, so I gave up on trying to be a whiz kid with the HTML. It was just too difficult. I could never figure out why things weren’t working and how to do things I wanted to do. In fact, this is the very reason why I dropped out of being a computer scientist. I love learning the languages and the concepts are fine, but when there errors, I simply do not have that kind of patience.

So I decided to just get a blog that allowed me to customize it as I see fit. After a lot of trial and error, I am now on www.goodstuff.onsugar.com

I will soon make a banner for the top of my page. I am much more interested in the content, aesthetics and maybe advertising than formulating the website!

I always thought one day I may have a real website and be like “I’m not gonna pay someone to make it! I could learn it myself” but… yah. Obviously, one day, I just might pay someone to do it.

So yah, I guess I’m done with this goal… 2 years ago

I’ve been pondering whether I should turn my independent website into a page on Facebook, for this one particular project, and I’ve decided to give it a try. It’s the kind of thing that is evolving organically, and I think the versatility of FB will be just what I need for this. 3 years ago

I found out about http://validator.w3.org/. Man, I can’t believe I was generating such crappy HTML. It’s a huge project to validate my whole website, so I figured I’d fix any page I made changes to and DEFINITELY make new pages validated. 4 years ago

I have had a website for a few years now but haven’t worked on it in forever. Would like to get some of my work up and make it look better so I could use it in my resume. Also, I have noticed that a group I belong to has a website that hasn’t been updated in a long time either. So maybe I could help out with that when I get better at it. I just want a place for myself… To keep some recipes and log my “hair journeys” and just add things I want to keep around electronically. Plus, now I am old enough to have a /real/ resume! 5 years ago

I have had this site for almost 2 years and I want to get it going. It will be focused on thew mortgage market in Chicago Il with articles tips and advice for people needing information on obtaining a mortgage. It will also entertain advertising from companies in real estate and lending.
