Peace and Quiet at Last! :-)  — 2 weeks ago

Finally got some ‘me’ time today. Stayed home and browsed the net for a while, then rode my bike for about 10-15 minutes, just to calm down and relax. Sure, I was sweating through my tracksuit, but hey, I feel much happier!

P.E  — 4 months ago

We do a circuit thing every week at school, where we all take part in different activities, such as star jumps, running and tennis. I didn’t beat my score this week and got probably the worst in class, but at least I got through it with a headache and managed to complete the circuit! We do leg lifts before we start too, which is really painful! :-)

Wireless Nerdz:-P  — 4 months ago

When I’m playing Guitar Hero 3, with the wireless controller, I can walk around and rock out to some awesome tunes at the same time! How cool is that?! :-)

Parks  — 4 months ago

I went to the park with my friend again and we had a really good, funny chat. I like the way we can calmy talk about things on swings in an empty park, as the sun is slowly setting into the misty haze. We had to walk pretty far too, which was fun, as we got to talk about all of our fears for next year. :-)

Abs?  — 4 months ago

I’m starting to try sit ups and push ups now. Leg lifts are a very easy way to strength your stomach muscles and you can just ten or even 5 a day and still feel worn out. I urge you all to give it a go! :-)

Computer Games CAN Be Good For You!  — 4 months ago

Yes, believe it or not, some computer games can provide you with fun AND exercise!
The Nintendo Wii-
The Wii is one of the most popular consoles out there, and while many have sold out, they’re worth waitng for. You can lose many calories playing Wii Sports for just one week, and it’s fun and easy to get the hang out. You might just break a sweat!
DDR-
Dance Dance Revoultion is the classic gamers’ way of keeping fit. Playing for just 10 minutes on a harder level can really burn off those pounds!
Eyetoy-
Eyetoy is a fun way of playing games with the whole family, while losing some weight! Eyetoy Kinetic is cheap and easy to play, all you need is a PS2 and an Eyetoy Camera, which can sometimes be supplied with the game.
:-)
Just remember though that, although these games can be fun and easier than stepping outside, the big, wide world is much more benifical for you in the long run, as it can clear headaches, help you get fresh air and meet new people.

Running :-)  — 4 months ago

I’m starting to love running nowdays. I’m getting faster and don’t get out of breath as fast!

Commercials  — 5 months ago

Exercising during commercials is a really easy way to stay healthy. I do it more often now, and it can be something simple like 10 starjumps, or even 10 sit ups. Whatever you choose, but don’t stop at all! And always have a bottle of water nearby whenever you exercise.

Cricket, Muscle Toning and Haven't Punched.  — 5 months ago

I played a quick game of cricket on Monday, which was okay, even though it’s not my thing. I’ve never played an actual game before, and don’t really understand it, but it’s great to try something new! I’m trying to build muscle too, because I’m so puny and weak. I’ve never beaten anyone at arm wrestling before (Unless they make me win…Nice people:)) and lost to a super skinny, puny girl about two weeks ago in Science class. I haven’t punched in about a week, so that’s worth it too.:)

Punching  — 5 months ago

I haven’t punched in about 2 weeks. I did tennis on Monday which as fun, even though I suck at tennis! I wanted to ride my bike yesterday, but the tyre is flat, so I couldn’t. I might go and punch the bag later.
