i want to walk away from my miserable past and start to
embrace the people around me that i really loved and to dare myself
to be loved again..especially my broken family and boyfriend who i hope to be my life partner one day;0)
i dont want to regret for not forgiving,loving and cherish the people

Still having problems with feelings of regret? Well I got rid of it. I did it this way:
1. Realise that the things happened to you are now in the past
2. Set the feelings of regret away when you feel them
3. Think of positive things
4. Try to forget it
5. Finally, it was in the past, live on 6 months ago

i did what i did for a reason. and i learn that you choose to do what please you not what please other as they are never gratful anyway 15 months ago
