I am 13 years old, and you can call me Kat. :) I need to get more sleep because I feel it will help me achieve my other goals. I can function in a normal state with 6 hours of sleep, but I feel I am depriving my body of time to perform its nightly adjustments that are vital for health. My problem is that when I’m sent to bed, I sneak my ipod into bed with me. Then I play my ipod until like… 1 am. Another problem is that I really don’t want to stop staying up late. I’m working on this one. Its hard for me because i feel like i’m more productive at night but my job requires me to wake up early. I’m gonna find a way to enjoy the night time and still get enough sleep to feel rested and have energy at work. 3 months ago

I have been having such a hard time with this goal! I work at a coffee shop so usually two times a week I need to get up by 4:50 in the morning. This isn’t so bad if I can plan for it, but I have been having a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. Both my boyfriend and I have been having restless nights and keep waking one another up. I have started taking afternoon naps, which I have mixed feelings about. I hope maybe this weekend a better routine will begin! 3 months ago

I am going to commit to going to bed at 10:30 during the week and 11:30 at the weekends.
I am then going to ensure that I am up at 7:30 in on working days and leave the house at 9:00 at the latest in the morning 4 months ago

Part of timetabling effort I want to start going to bed at a better hour and not depending on needing to watch something on the computer to help me sleep. This will also help me to relax more at night and hopefully feel more refreshed in the morning. 4 months ago
