learn to like beer

There are people who don’t like beer?

Michelob Ultra. Mmm such a delicious girly beer. It’s taken a few years, but I’m a light beer connoisseur : )

I feel like I am the only person I know who sincerely can’t stand beer. I’m told over and over that is an “acquired taste.” So I’m going to give beer a chance, and maybe learn to like it.

Had a Fat Tire yesterday – couldn’t quite finish 22 oz. of it though.

I refuse to be forced into drinking beer just because everyone else is doing it. It tastes terrible, it makes you behave like an idiot and drinking it can have serious consequences.

From now on I will tell anyone who offers me a beer to go shove it.

I think I will always think beer is pretty nasty. And that is okay with me. But, there is stuff called Wyder’s Cider Pear that comes in Pints and Pitchers like beer at some places. It is soooo good. As long as the places I go to have that or my fruity mix drinks, I’ll be happy.

How strange…

so drinking last night was okay. Did the drinking games on beer (budlight) which I started by mixing with dr pepper, which, while everyone else may think it’s nasty as hell, helps me to down it a lot better, faster
...still likin the rum and other things a lot more though
it’ll come.

I do like STOUT. So when the crew is in beer mode, I have a Guiness, Shakespeare, or Scout Stout. It is a compromise I can live with.
