I keep thinking about it… Everyday my alarm goes off early in the morning. I hit the snooze until I am very late to college! Thus just can’t go on like this. I have gotta do this. I want to be able to wake up early enough to jog for 30 mins everyday continuously for at least 30 days from now!
I promised a guy I talked to once, that I’d be there more often.
On the positive side, I can again wear clothes that used to be too tight for me.
I just started to workout everyday last week. I am fatter than I have ever been. I am 6’ 220lbs. I need to get in better shape for myself and my family.

I bought the p90x and have upped my days at work as well. I am on week 2 of p90x and Im getting ready to work out now :)
I used to, and felt so great but its gotten down to maybe 2 or sometimes 3 days a week, and Im not feeling it. Plus I’d like to be studying for a personal trainer certificate soon so, it’s probably not a bad idea to start over again!
