I don’t like having things on there i’m not working on so i’ll put it under ‘give up’. there should be another option like ‘to return to at a later date’. give up sounds defeatist. 3 months ago
Entries from everyone
I was the only one who turned up for my class which was awkward. I was told to go on the intermediate course next year so I am going to enrol for that. I wish I could jump to GCSE but I can’t. If you’re at school and you have this as an option – take it! don’t overthink it! it’s free! that means a lot.
I am going to go through the book Mastering Arabic, learn the colours, vegetables, fruits and basic grammar. Hopefully i’ll start to form sentences. I also need to read more. 3 months ago
I learned some around 10 years ago but I am taking the beginners class regardless. I might take the main course in September and use my time up until then to focus on Italian. 3 months ago
I finally enrolled for an arabic course, an intensive one with 3 hours per week. It was supposed to start tonight but it got postponed to the end of october.
I’m really happy to finally be able to learn this language, i’ve been thinking about it for years but everytime found an excuse to put it for later. 12 months ago
I would like to be able to speak Arabic at a conversational level, and have some knowledge of the script. 15 months ago
I thought I would do a quick update on my arabic.
I finished a arabic course at the university. I learnt to read and pronounce arabic words there as well as some basic grammar.
Now I am still learning on my own.
But I was not very dedicated to this for the last few month.
Inshallah I will be more focused the next months 18 months ago
Work at a large airport and there’s always a lot of arabic speaking travellers flying to London Heathrow or Gatwick, and I’d like to be able to converse with them in their language. I’m not sure though how ill accomplish this. 22 months ago
