I lost 20lbs. quickly and easily by drinking a double scoop of whey protein in My morning coffee , with Just that the pounds started coming off. Then I added a 4-5 egg omelet once a day, more weight gone, then one day a week I went to a buffet and ate anything and everything that I wanted too.I am 45 and with no exercise still have abs by just doing these things. 2 weeks ago

I’d like to be 211 by the end of August 2013. According to MyFitnessPal, I should be 223 by June 24 if I eat and exercise within limits.

My wedding is coming up…I want to lose 20 lbs. I’m at my heaviest. Wedding is in August.

Down to 176.0. I weigh myself three times a week. I know we aren’t supposed to but it helps me stay on track.

Back is September 21012 I decided to lose weight, so my first step was to be on Juicing diet for 15 days. I was able to lose 10lbs and I was so full of energy that I purchased P90X. At age 47 all my friends and family were saying that I was crazy, that I was going to kill or hurt myself. By the end of December I was able to finished my first full round of P90X, I became vegetarian and I was back on meditation. By Christmas I was 133 lbs. I was able to lose 18lbs.
But the holidays came followed by the winter. I stopped all of my workout and only kept doing my morning walks with my dogs. I gained 3 lbs and now I’m looking forward to go back to my workout. This time I’m trying RevAbs, the whole program it takes only 90 days, if I finished the program as I did with P90X then my next step will be working out with Insanity! I just can’t wait to this cold weather to go away, for some reason I don’t like working out on cold weather :( I know that I can working out in the cold weather, but it makes me feel miserable and I believe if I’m doing something that it’s making me miserable it’s not worthy doing at all :) 4 months ago
Aww crap… just went back and read my goal of March 15!! I gotta get ON this. I’m 160. UGH. This is doable. I started exercising this last week. Went twice last week and twice this week, to the gym, to use the treadmill. I ran!! I did 6 whole minutes all by myself! I am going tomorrow after work. And I just did some weights (you know- bicep curls , lateral raises, calf raises).
Six weeks. That’s 2.67 per week. Yep. Wish me luck. Hopefully I can pull some Biggest Loser outa somewhere! 4 months ago
