work in Africa

after i’m done with college i’d like to spend some time, possibly a year, working in africa. i just want to immerse myself somewhere. botswana, ghana, somewhere. i want to completely embed myself somewhere and do something i feel is important for a year. work in urban development, maybe? at a clinic… work in public health. something. not necessarily in a volunteer program or an internship. but actually just work. 5 years ago

My sister lives and works in Ethiopia, ideally i’ll go out there in my gap year and work and live with her. 6 years ago
