I have made up a very simple pacing journal.
It will help me identify both my physical and mental energy.
It includes a symptom of when I am nearing my limit.
(This is what I do, deny normal signs of exhaustion think I am a wimp and push through till …...well its never good.

My purpose with this goal is to stop guilting myself for things I do not get done. I need to understand my energy capacity. So I know how to prepare by starting earlier, or ending earlier the things I need to accomplish. I need to know what needs to be accomplished so that I am not part done with everything.
First thing I am going to do is start a pacing journal. This will help me to recognize earlier when my energy is gone and hopefully help me to recover quicker.
Tomorrow I will research and have some ideas on this. 3 years ago

I am not going to start off the New Years with idea’s and goals that never get farther than my imagination. I will learn to be realistic with myself, lower expectations, and accomplish those things that are meaningful to me. So…...first I will identify what is meaningful and worth my time. 3 years ago
