right now i am reading a book called, “redeeming love” by francine rivers. it’s based on the book of Hosea in the Bible. it is definitely thought-provoking as it is all about the lengths that this guy goes to to win the heart of a hardened, bitter prostitute who has like lank issues (obviously). but God tells him to marry her and so he does – even though she treats him like dirt. and he just doesn’t give up trying to make her see how much he loves her. although she just won’t let him through her defenses he doesn’t stop trying. totally riveting (well for chicks at least hehe). silly me _6 years ago
