This is the most toned I’ve ever been, I have calves like canteloupes!! Well not really but I am deffo loads firmer than I was =] 15 months ago
I’ve dropped two dress sizes in the past year I’ve been exercising and while I still would like to lose a bit more, I want to tone up and be more flexible and limber. 20 months ago
I’m definitely seeing results – my biceps feel really firm even without me tensing them which is impressing me no end haha! Also my ‘problem area’, my legs, feel tighter. This is good. I’m starting to feel confident about wearing a bikini when I go away in June now :) 2 years ago
