Dear 43 Things Users,

10 years after introducing 43 Things to the world, we have decided we have met our last goal: completing the incredible experience that has been 43 Things. Please join us in giving one last cheer to all the folks who have shared their goals with the world, as well as all the people who have worked at The Robot Co-op to build this incredible website. We won a Webby Award, published a book, and brought happiness to a lot of people.

Starting today, 43 Things users can export their goals and entries from the site. Starting August 15, we will make the site “read only”. 43 Things users will still be able to view the site and export their content, but we won’t be taking any new content from users. We hope to leave the site up for folks to see and download their content until the end of the year. Ending on New Year’s Eve takes us full circle.

It has been a long ride (one of our original goals was to "build a company that lasts at least 2 years” - we beat that one!) While we wish the site could live on, it has suffered from a number of challenges - changes in how people use the site, the advertising industry, and how search engines view the site. We wish the outcome was different – but we’ve always been realistic about when our goals are met and when they aren't.

As of today, you will be able to download your goals and entries. See more about that on the FAQ page. Thanks for 10 great years of goal-setting and achieving.

WaldenQuick and easy

I decided to do the liver flush after a friend recommended I try it (too much drinking). I bought the Dr. Clark’s kit and tried it out yesterday night. By 8am this morning I passed a ton of green stones. I know it sounds disguisting, but I was amazed that this stuff was inside my body. Now I’d like to send it to a lab and find out exactly what is this crud. Anyhow, all the literature says it’s pure cholesterol that’s built up in your liver ducts. Given this day and age, I’d understand how our bodies build up all these toxins inside the body b/c of the terrible diets we eat. Feel great now and will see how this pans out in the next week. Supposed to clear up skin and allergies, etc. More later. . . 7 years ago

barbarinoon my last day

I definitely plan to do this again. Last night, I was lying in bed after downing a half cup of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of epsom salts, and a dinner of whipped cream and berries—I could feel all sorts of crazy movement in my gall bladder/liver area. The stones literally get dissolved and removed by this process. Although there are many stones, and like follyforte mentioned, you probably need to do several flushes to get the maximum benefit. 7 years ago

barbarinoDay 5

The liver flush is really a very easy procedure…I’m on day 5 with one more day to go! 7 years ago

barbarinoi've started...

Today is day one…will keep you posted 7 years ago

barbarinoThe plan...

is to begin this Tuesday. It should take six days to finish (this version = 6 days). I just received several key ingredients (Phosfood, Cal Amo). Now, I need to purchase: 1 gallon apple juice, epsom salts, olive oil, bentonite liquid, heavy cream and berries. And straws for the apple juice (Phosfood is highly acidic for the teeth). 7 years ago

barbarinopains = not good

I felt a sharp shooting pain in the liver/gall bladder area earlier this afternoon…more evidence I need to do this asap. I found out where to purchase the Acid Calcium (Cal Ammo), part of the liver flush regimen. Asked my folks to purchase this and the Phosfood product (they get a wholesale discount) today…once I have these ingredients I’ll be able to get the rest of what I need and begin. 7 years ago

barbarinoNEED to do this again

I know from previous blood tests that my Bilirubin count is too high. This is not optional for me, and I know it’s effective. A+ priority 7 years ago

MaiasBamLiver flush on the horizon

This is a new goal, but it will have to wait until I am done with my Master Cleanse…I will post when I start it. 8 years ago

I’ve visited the bathroom 2 more times since my last post and both times I’ve expelled around 30 stones…this thing really works! 8 years ago

Joanna18IT WORKED!

So last night after I drank my potion I immediately went to bed.
I really didn’t have a hard time falling asleep, but I woke up several times during the night with my stomach churning ( I think it was the stones being pushed out of my liver ducts). I kept feeling a slight pain on my right side…that kept me up for a little while. Later on in the night I woke up feeling like I needed to throw-up…I never did though. Initially I had set me alarm clock to 7 so that I could drink my 3rd dose of Epsom salts and then go back to bed for 2 more hours before my 4th and last dose. But because I didn’t get very good sleep last night, I slept in until 10, had my 3rd Epsom dose, and I just had my last dose at 12. When I went to the bathroom when I first woke up, I didn’t pass any stones…but on the second trip I passed around 20-25. I still feel like there’s something in me that needs to come out…I read where this one guy said that he passed stones for around 2 1/2 months post-flush…we’ll see.
I know you guys wanted details…if I’ve left anything out, just ask…hope this all helps.
Just to let you know, I would definitley recommend this…it only lasts 1 1/2-2 days…and once you’ve done the MC, this feels like nothing. 8 years ago
