Myself is learning to love herself
This goal has been accomplished. However, I may need to do some remodeling sometime soon. I hope it won’t be necessary. For now, I’ll enjoy my home as it is.

I did all I could do by myself. The other things involve carrying heavy stuff, climbing stairs, using physical strength, etc. I’ll be his cheeleader!

and getting things done around the house was a pleasant choice, although a bit difficult because I don’t move easily anymore. I also wrote a to do list with the things I need to complete this goal, and was pleased to see that it is a small list. With H’s help, this week it will all be done. YAY!!

My ceiling has finally been fixed. However, my friendliness towards my neighbors may be broken forever.

was clean, tidy, organized and beautifully decorated until this morning, when the upstairs neighbor informed me she was remodeling her apartment and unfortunately they had to break my ceiling to fix some pipes in her bathroom. Now my apartment is temporarily dirty, dusty and I had to store some of the things I had already organized back in their boxes.

I’ve been busy working on this goal. There are only a few details that need to be taken care of. The most difficult parts were done, including convincing H. to put his stuff away.

Yesterday I was organizing my cabinets and fell off the stairs. I went to the hospital and spent 4 hours there. My baby was okay, but his heart rate is a little slow, so tomorrow I’m going to do an exam in his heart just to be sure he’s really fine.

Today I was expecting to have a relaxing day and enjoy my first Mother’s day as a mother(-to-be, I know, but I already AM a mother). Then my washing machine broke, with most of very few pregnancy clothes inside. The thing wouldn’t open and I almost panicked. H. finally opened it but the machine was definitely broken. After that, we headed to the mall as we had planned to buy baby stuff. As we were shopping, we talked and decided that since our washing machine breaks very often, we should go ahead and buy another one. So, we started shopping for it, went to several stores and compared prices. When we decided which one we’d like to buy we drove back to the store, but they had just sold the last one. We then drove to another store and bought it. We were out shopping from 4pm. to 9pm.!!!!!!!! I was dead tired, BUT… we still had to do our grocery shopping, so another busy hour at a crowded supermarket!
I got home so tired that I couldn’t sleep and organized most of the things I bought for my baby in his room.
I need a weekend to recover from this one.

Furniture and decoration are here. Now it’s time to wash my baby’s clothes, sheets, etc.

Maybe I don’t hate cooking after all! I hired a maid, and today she was here to wash the dishes, so I decided to make my special homemade chocolate ice cream and bake a cake, and I had fun. I have plans for cooking some more tomorrow (am I sick???). Maybe what I relly hate is washing dishes.
About the maid… it’s so weird to have someone around the house cleaning it for you! I don’t know if I can get used to this.
