lucid dream

I think i lucid dreamt, but i have tha nagging suspicion i was dreaming that i as lucid dreaming, haha. how can you tell? IS there a difference? I realized i was dreaming, and decided to fly, but then my dreams switched and i no longer had control. 5 years ago

I have been looking for an internet source of information on lucid dreaming, and cannot find any good ones. Does anyone know of any? 6 years ago

I started consciously remembering my dreams and I started recalling them on paper. is this an effective way to start lucid dreaming (along with identifying your dream signs?) i've had one lucid dream and it changed the way I felt about dreaming forever.. 7 years ago
