I wasn't particularly out of breath (at all!) during my half marathon yesterday but was struggling to have enough stamina in my legs. I know if I increase stamina in my legs I am fit enough to run much faster - any advice? Thanks! :) 3 years ago
The Atlanta Marathon is tomorrow, and there are aid stations every 2.5 miles. How often should I drink? And should I do sports drinks the whole way or mix in water, too? 6 years ago
