How I did it: First, I had to mentally prepare myself to stop throwing my clothes on the floor. After all, I've been doing this my whole life and everyone else still does. I made a goal for myself every day not to throw my clothes on the floor and every day that I left clothes on the floor I would pick them up before bed. How I did it: Instead of focusing on what not to do, I focused on what needed to be done. First I had to get caught up on all the laundry. Doing that, I figured out the most efficient way to get it done.
