I had to go because of an emergency but then i ended up signing up for their student program which gives you all fillings and cleanings for free and the major work i needed to get done (Root Canal and Implant Surgery) was considerable cheaper than a "real" dentist. How I did it: I picked up the phone and i called him for an appointment and then i went to it.
