How I did it: The hardest thing about sleeping more is realizing why you weren't sleeping to begin with. If you're like me, it hits 11PM and suddenly you feel the weight of everything is on your shoulders. I used to leave everything until then and finally get some zzz's at 1AM. How I did it: I used to go to bed late all the time (still occasionally, who doesn't?) so I thought to myself, "What's the point of this? Surely I'll feel much more relaxed and healthy if I put my foot down and start going to bed early.." so that's exactly what I did. How I did it: I just make myself turn off the tv or computer or stop doing whatever I'm doing at 11pm on weekdays. Then I go to bed and read untill I feel tired, which isn't long usually an then I fall asleep. At first I didn't notice any difference, but now I feel more awake in the mornings and I can concentrate better at my internship.
