How I did it: I decided that it was time to stop wasting time on the computer. I just have too much to do. I started myself out by setting a timer of how long I wanted to be on the computer. Then, I actually got off when the timer rang.So the more I got done, the less I wanted to go back to play on the computer. How I did it: I found that putting time limits on myself and trying to put site blockers up didn't ultimately help all that much.What does help is if you schedule more things for yourself.
