How I did it: Diet makes a HUGE difference in muscle strength and endurance. I have been eating much better in the last month. I added a lot of protein to my diet, I am a vegetarian so I tend to just let that slip at times. I have exercised a little more, mostly hiking and short walks with the dogs.
