How I did it: i went throught everything i own, folding and storing them in designated drawers and hangers. it's much easier to go from drawer to drawer since its less overwhelming and chaotic. dont hang onto anything you will not wear again, because it is just taking up space. salvation army and good will will appreciate them so much more than your cramped closet.
