How I did it: I copy pasted the questions week after week into a new entry (for a couple of weeks). I answered them based of my previous week's answer. I liked doing it but didn't feel that the questions were big enough to really provoke thought and some ended up having almost the same answers every week. How I did it: I filled out the questions in the first week as honestly as I could, but by the 3rd week I found that a majority of the questions had the same answers. It was good because one week it reminded me to call a friend and it showed me the things I was procrastinating on, but I think a well written to-do list would have the same outcome.
