How I did it: I have a full closet of high-heeled shoes but no midi-lengths so I was forced to dive in at the deep end. I started by wearing my 5" heels for an hour or so a day. After doing this for 2 days I spent an hour a day wearing them whilst tidying or doing household chores. It didn't take long after that to get used to walking in them. After about 3 more days I had the jist of it and could walk confidently in them. I didn't wear them … Read how I did it…
How I did it: I started by walking around the house in high heels on level ground, slowly building up to walking up and down the steps with them, and then finally going out in public with them. At first, my feet were killing me, but I powered through and as I kept going the pain started to go away. How I did it: I basically just actually forced myself to wear heels. It was mostly my fear of wearing heels that made me feel like I didn't know how. I started with low heels (1") when I was in high school show choir, where I had to learn not only to walk but to DANCE in heels. After that, I gradually increased my heel height to the point where I regularly wear 3.5" - 4" heels now. I can wear up to 6" (no platform) but I always regret it when I do.Also, choose your heels for what… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I bought a pair of low heels and walked around in them. It was a bit clumsy and ungraceful at first. I've gotten the hang of it though (just keep practicing). Who would have thought the ungraceful tom boy could pull it off? =PBeing comfortable is important to me, so wear supporting and forgiving heels. That being said, my favourite and most comfy heels are 3 1/2 inch strappy heels. Just make the time to find a good shoe. Your feet will th… Read how I did it…
