How I did it: I just decided to stop biting them. How I did it: First I had to realize it's not easy to do and search up some techniques. I found a few that sort of worked (painting a dark color so that the whites weren't visible or bitter nail polishes), but the one that helped me was constant clipping. Clip your nails down so that you can't possibly bite them. make sure you keep them clipped and smooth, and tell yourself that you can only let them grow when you lose the urge to bite.
