How I did it: Short runs during the week and pushing for more on the weekends. with groups sometimes on the weekends. with a buddy during the week. morning runs are best because it's cooler - here in texas you grab all the cool you can get - and you have it out of the way for the day! also i have a water belt, and use GU energy gel (vanilla bean) frequently.
