How I did it: I went on a sailing trip over the weekend and the first night was so beautiful. No clouds and a million stars. How I did it: So I have to say, this goal was not accomplished by my own choice. I participated in a reenactment of the pioneers, and walked eight miles a day for three days and two nights, in pioneer clothes pushing a 200 pound handcart with some other people who were my "family".
