How I did it: Lots of water, diet juices, no soda. I had to completly re-do my diet. I knew I had to resize my consumption levels as well. I would first fill up my plate how I normally would, then I decided to reduce everything by one half. As well I started drinking about 20 oz. of water an hour or so befor a meal to fill up a bit.
