I tried many different ones to find a voice that I found relaxing and a routine that I felt was beneficial and not rushed or too challenging. How I did it: This first of the year I went downtown and signed up for a year at the Plymouth Yoga Room. This is a wonderful place that offers several Ashtanga Vinyasa and a slow flow class several times a day six days a week. This way I can find a time that fits my schedule and take different classes as I am able to.On average I take 3 classes a week when I'm good. Some weeks are better than others.
