This city fascinates me like anything,looks very romantic,I wish I could visit Venice in my life time,I would love to have a ride in a gondola while humming some tune and touching the water.

But very expensive! Fortunately, I was with my wealthy relatives who paid for most everything. From what I understand, the city is really smelly in the summer, but I went in October, and it rained quite a bit but was still wonderful (and not smelly)

Bu it sthe one place that still holds a fascination for me I guess because it seems like a miracle and I still cannot get my head around how they managed to create something so incredible in the era that it was done, image if they tried to do it today….perhaps not even possible….well anyhow I always get sick when I travel so i no longer go anywhere but i must try this one….
