I figured out that I’ve been neglecting my friends because I feel like I don’t deserve to hang out with them, looking and feeling the way I do about myself. So, I’ve been trying to avoid them and just get into shape and there by feeling better about myself. I also like suprising people by changing things about myself. :)

everytime I’m in the middle of a bath/shower I always feel like going out and exercising, but i think that’s my mind playing tricks on itself. it knows that i’m too lazy to get up, go out, come back, and re-take a bath/shower. lame, i know. i feel like going out right now as well, just sitting here doing nothing, but i don’t know why i won’t.

actually, my family has had problems with heart diseases and what not ever since I can remember. my grandpa was one of the first people to get heart surgery in the united states. and my mom has an enlarged heart or something. i think it would be wise to go to the doctor before starting a serious workout.

I plan to be fit and thin by Dec ‘06—will see how that goes. This is the goal I want to accomplish most.

I’m getting older and have never really had to watch my weight. But no more! I have to become a self-motivator and start exercising and lose weight!

Usually I run every other day but today I did nothing as far as exercising goes. Tomorrow morning I’m going to go back to my normal schedule of running for 30 min, equivalent to a half mile, or possibly more.

We went grocery shopping earlier today and got some cookies and soda. And you know what I had before and after dinner today? Just that, cookies and a soda! Bad, bad Nicki!



i hate the gym, but.. 4 years ago

it’s efficient. i hartly have time for ANYTHING. alway busy, and working out is the first thing that is scrapped of my list.
none of that anymore!
