I give up on this, never got started, but I’m concentrating on running instead, so Im not too fussed.

I was talking to the boss today and after the conversation I realises I had gabbled away about twenty to the dozen and thought, girl you have to SLOW down. I’m not nearly as manic as I used to be but I could do with a bit of balance and do some things with more consideration.
SO – I have looked up Tai-Chi lessons on the net and there is a class very local to where I live – its on a Thursday and they will be in the middle of the session now, so I will call them tomorrow and hopefully get a bit more calmness into my life.
I’m a big guy, and can get really uncomfortable on long airplane trips. Would appreciate pointers to techniques to keep the blood flowing to legs during a flight.
