forgive my husband

How tough this is going to be. I have a ton of animosity that has ben built up. This has come from the way his mother an dsister have been towards me and my daughters, as my husband I always felt like he will defend them over me anyday. Sadly during our premarriage counseling the pastor brought his attachment to them up and he down played it….red flag from the gate and I ignored it. Even after they told our son that they told his dad not to marry me I was still shocked, if these are what Christian people are, I see why the church is not growing.
But today I heard a topic on the radio (I missed the scripture it came from) but it basically said not to worry about how and when God will handle the wicked or the enemy, as that is already part of His plan. This has given me relief and a reminder that I must do my part to stay in His will.

he too can find it in his heart to forgive…

I doubt that I can completely forgive, years of drama yewt maybe I can and will do what our therapist suggested…create new, better history together and become the power couple we ought to be.

One that I never expected I would have to take. But it has been an amazing journey, through the pain and betrayal to finding the peace and love to survive it. I don’t think I could have ever found the strength if it wasn’t for my family and friends. I love him and I know that what happened wasn’t all his fault. I have learned so much through this. So much about him, and me. I have found a new love for him and with my forgiveness comes a new vow with one another.
