but I don’t have the rest of the worksheets for the next 18 days and am kind of stuck with what Í’ve gotten out of it so far. For some reason it is no longer availabe, for now I just have to work with what I’ve got. Bummer!
People doing this are also doing these things:

What steps can I take to realize my biggest Target?
-Take some action… (relentlessly and NO EXCUSE for inaction!)
-What baby-steps can I take towards my target?
-Find someone who had a similar target before & learn from them.
-Research how someone else did it…
-Put together a map to re-trace their steps and write them into my backward planner and decide on some action-steps…
-Find an ’’expert’’ who can advise me and actually help me (before I pay them). No fuzzy advice, someone who can advise on the ’’actual steps’’ I have to take.
-Do my daily target praxis today
..And if things get tough? Remind myselt that this is good since I have an opportunity to learn and make it easier next time if I make a strengthening decision now.
This is the day I have been waiting for! Starting each day with Power Praxes (Time and Energy) It’s about Awareness combined with purpose i.e. reviewing my targets daily, making strengthening decisions and taking action steps that will make it easier to make the right decisions next time and my weaking (more convenient) decisions harder. I guess I am about to turn my life upside down (lol) getting rid of some of my energy leeches is definitely going to be a challenging experience for me. but which will result in increasing my Time Power Praxes. First I have to identify the leeches that are affecting me (homework: Identify,Remove and Replace). Today I am going to start with the TIME POWER PRAXES.
How do I get there? Sticking to a 15 minutes a day ritual first thing in the morning and getting in touch with my Major Target and reminding myself why hitting a specific target is so important.
1. Daily Target Praxis (Starting Tomorrow!!!)
2. Energy Power Praxis and Time Power Praxis (next lesson)
3. Morning Braindump: Dump everything on my mind, to do lists..
4. Analyze each item and A)DO IT or B)DELIBERATE or DUMP IT
5. Mental Lock Box for the B)DELIBERATE items
6. Daily Targets: To do or to delegate today!
7. Delegation station: Follow-up on all delegations
8. Observation Log: Next lesson
9. Dream Catcher: Distractions/Ideas that pop into my head
HOMEWORK! Starts with this lesson. It’s about targets (long term, medium-term and short-term)
1. What is my Long-Term Major Target? (Write for 2 minutes about my eventual big dream that inspires me…)
2. Medium-Term Major Targets towards my Long-term target (Complete the simpleology 102 course check list)
3. Short Term Marjor Target (complete the simpleology 101 course check list)
4. Major Target Backward Planning/How do I hit it? (Imagining what I did just before I hit it)
What is the end result I want?
Praxis/Praxes… A consistent daily practice that takes about 15 minutes. There are two types: Target Praxis (1) and Power Praxes (more than 1). This daily habit will increase my focus, attention and energy (power/praxes) and put me on a straight line approach towards my Major Target.
This lesson is a few minutes longer and it’s about strengthening or weakening decisions/choices. It’s about choosing the HARD RIGHT or the EASY WRONG. Taking action that will take me closer to or away from my target/goal. I can also use this lesson to help me with my weight loss goal. This lesson is a bit more challenging than the others and I know from here on it isn’t going to get easier and I better get ready to commit myself to the Daily Praxes…
Its about increasing power over time… Training and preparation on a daily basis, taking effective action. Daily practice to stay prepared and ready to act effectively. How? By doing my 15 min Daily Target Praxis + Power Praxes consistently.
Time – Energy – Money (always in flux) constantly increasing or decreasing except for time.
There is no such thing as Procrastination or Lazyness… Sitting on my butt doing nothing is also an action… It is all about the choices I make and for every action (cause) there is a reaction (effect).
