too hard for my likings
I’m going to start this tomorrow..I’m pretty athletic but I tore a muscle in my leg so I can’t do much & I want to stay in shape, so this is a good goal : )
Worth doing!
every day for two weeks. it’s one of the first things i do when i get up, so i get it out of the way. no shower before sit-ups, that’s the going rule.
doing 50 was hard for a while, but the last couple of days were easier. it’s time to step it up. i think i will do 60 a day for a week before i go to 75.
Worth doing!
every day for a week (ok, that one day i did 25, but still.). my bum was less sore today, so i think i did them well this morning. i certainly felt it more. at least one more week of 50 and then maybe i can move to 75 a day. we’ll see.
Worth doing!
50 2 days ago, only 25 yesterday, 50 today. my bum still hurts from my bicycle accident last week, so my form has not been that great. the bruises are a sight to behold – very large and very purple. i hope that will clear up soon so i can enjoy the exercise a bit more.
Worth doing!
didn’t start over the weekend. i did start this morning, though. so, every day for two weeks. it will feel amazing.
Worth doing!
mini-goal is to do this for two weeks. every day! starting today!
molco is sad
I know it’s hard to keep this up, it’s kind of boring and it hurts. But this time I want to do sit-ups until I can see the results.
Gemma is hoping that everything's going to turn out okay...
I actually really need to do this…
I kinda feel fat and unnatractive at the moment :( *sigh*
Worth doing!
OUCH. 10 exercises, 30 reps each, 300 total reps. Pain, agony, but a six pack in a couple months, or so I’m told. We’ll see.
