I just bought a light lamp from Amazon for my boyfriend for Christmas. We moved to Portland, OR from Tucson, AZ a year ago and since then the weather here has really gotten to him. I am convinced that he has SAD. I’ll let y’all know how the light works out for him after he’s been using it for a while! 6 years ago

I mourn the passing of summer. I miss its warmth and brightness. In fact I can get pretty fed up in winter.

P off to Tenerife with a sack load of readies and lay on a beach.

Buy a light lamp. The type that gives you UV and stuff.

I’ll prolly opt for the latter option, although, the 1st is far more appealing :D 6 years ago
