Whooda thunk it?

I never thought I would be a yoga person. I’d tried it one time here, one time there, and never really cared for it much. Then one day I woke up with this huge crick in my neck that required some PT, and yoga was recommended to me. I didn’t like it the first time I did it, but I approached it like medicine, and promised myself that I’d stick with it for one month. After a few classes, I started to really notice the benefits, both body and mind (and spirit!), and now I go about 3-4 times a week. It has changed my life, really! How much would I love to become a yoga instructor one day! I need to work a bit towards that though.
