make an apron

i saw this amazing material, and i thought that i’d make a little apron out of it, like those ones that waitresses have. i’ll have to find some lace to trim it with, but i reckon it’ll be really cute.
however, i will have to hand sew it, as i don’t have a sewing machine, and every time i have been faced with a sewing machine, something un-nerving involving something snapping or making a bad noise has happened. might be a bit time consuming but hopefully fun. i’ll stick a picture up when i’m done.

After two years of thinking of ideas and how I should make myself an apron, I went to a fabric store today and bought the fabric!

It was easy once I got the hang of it. My husband travels overseas a lot and he takes them over there to give to the wives of business associates that he meets while working there. It’s great, I even bought some tags to sew into them that say “Handmade by Stephanie”
