Well, I was recently pregnant and miscarried at the end of my first trimester. This was approximately two weeks ago. Since, I have been very depressed and have not taken very good care of myself as far as watching what I eat and exercising regularly. I would like to start doing Yoga and Pilates once a day with a few sets of crunches and planks in between. A good workout has a tendency to enhance my mood and being strong makes you feel more confident.
I start in the morning!

Dad bought this random “bean” thing but it is inspiring me to do some sit ups because I get to sit up off the floor. Did some last night and tonight and my stomach muscles are hurting, which although is a bad thing I know it is a good thing in this goal progression.

I did a heap yesterday in class and my abs hurt but feels great today, already tighter. Planned to do some today but worked all day and got tired and sick feeling :( Definitely going to do some more tomorrow!

Many many years ago I had a completely flat stomach and a four pack (could never get the six no matter how much I worked), but in 2001 I had a gall stone operation so couldn’t do my usual exercise while I was recovering and lost my great flat stomach, and it’s been getting progressively worse ever since. Going to get motivated to get it back now because it’s something that really bothers me. Hate looking down and seeing a soft flabby stomach.
Sit ups here I come!!!
