Ok, it’s almost a year now and I can’t seem to lose any weights off. My weight has been fluctuating up and down, so on average I’m about 60kgs.
So this time, here’s the plan for the next two weeks:
Current W: 60 kgs
Short-Term GW: 57 kgs
Target W: 47-50 kgs
I feel so sad and no one I can tell. I feel so lonely even with my family and friends online. I do not think that anyone of them think much of my feeling these days. Everyone is busy and only willing to have a small chat. I do not know who can help me get out of this sadness. Me? I lost courage and hope to face the future.
Maybe this new plan is more realistic. 5 days passed, it seems that I got more kg :( But the good thing is that these days I maintained a positive attitude towards daily life. And the bad thing is I am still anxious about the amount of food I have every meal. I try to eat less but finally I eat more :(
I’m not fat, but I want to be slim and return to a healthy life style. I mean not to eat too much just because of disappointment or unhappiness. Try to find a good way to relax myself and to express my anxious feelings. Good Luck!
Yes, today I weighed myself. The scale showed 59.4kg! Wohooo!!! Hopefully, it’s not the water-weight. Anyway, now I’m setting up a new target goal, 56.4kg! It takes quite a while to lose 3kgs, let’s see how long it takes to lose it this time.
I’m just starting today, so I will definitely lose 3 kg and even more. I’m now about 63, I want to reach 56
Today I weighted myself. I’m like yay, a little bit more. it showed 59.8kg. Ok, I’m almost reaching my smaller goal -> 59.4kg.
After this, I’m reaching for 56.4kg. Can’t wait to hit “I’ve done this” button. Hopefully, this weight will last a while (not the water weight) :D
