I’ve read this book. The rules are simple. Applying them can be harder, but I’m trying to be conscious of them and to know when I’m failing to apply them well. It’s working for me. No idea what (if any) effect it’s having on my weight, but I feel healthier and that’s what counts. I recommend reading the book. I’ll re-read the book and I’ll keep working on applying the rules, but now I’ve integrated this in ‘normal life’ I’ll take it off my list.
