I am not giving up on this all together- but I do want to give myself a little flexibility here. (No pun intended) I am really excited about AM headstands but to give myself a little leeway I am moving this over to my daily 5 of 15 goal which allows me to choose from yoga, dance, or strength training.

I have accomplished this goal for this week but I am not going to mark it of until I complete 4 weeks (NONSTOP) of AM Yoga.
It is truly amazing how calming yoga is for me and am slowly getting myself back into the habit of AM headstands. I look forward to increasing my flexibility and re-establishing this habit will help with a few of my other goals. (5K, ballet)
I have paid absolutely no attention to this goal for the past couple of months. My homework load has been much heavier than expected. This means that I am either going to bed really late (work/school/hw) or I am waking up to study. On the days when I am free to wake up and meditate/ exercise I find that I would rather catch up on sleep. But as my semester is coming to an end I want to give myself another chance.
There was a time when I concluded my morning Yoga sessions with a headstand. I had so much energy then and was much calmer than I am today. (Not to say that I neurotic now- but the difference in my temperament is noticeable.)
I will move this up towards the top of my list in June as I will have the time to concentrate on this then.
Did a combo of yoga and pilates this morning. Felt great. I tend to use the beginning of the semester as a starting point for different goals so if I can keep this up for the next month I know I will have established a routine for the year.
